Welcome to North Lake!

This is the online home of North Lake Church.  We’d love to meet you in person, and the best way to do that is to join us for worship on Sunday mornings at 8:00 am or 10:00 AM, we meet for worship at:

During the COVID-19 pandemic, our worship services are occurring outside on the property of one of our members. Please call 816-447-6033 for more information. You may also tune-in for the livestream of our services on our facebook page at facebook.com/northlakechurchsmithville

North Lake might be a little “different” to some at first. We believe that the church is the people of God (1 Peter 2:9-10) and not any building or structure. For most of our ministries, we meet in the homes of our Church Members. For Sunday morning worship service, we are blessed to meet in Smithville’s Horizon Elementary School.

If you want to be a part of a Bible-believing church that wants to glorify God, know Christ more and more, and share His love and truth with the community, then come visit us at North Lake Church!

North Lake Church’s standards and expectations during the COVID-19 Pandemic
1. We will continue to promote social distancing and responsible interaction during this time. This means honoring all local government guidelines as to the limit they are reasonably enforceable. This also includes on-going organizational changes (i.e. 2 Sunday services)
2. If you knowingly come in direct contact with an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19, or are experiencing symptoms associated with an infection of the virus, please respectfully consider a 14-day self-quarantine in which personal symptoms are monitored. It is also recommended that you seek a COVID-19 test as well.
3. If you ever receive a positive test for COVID-19, please consider informing church leadership so that we may inform others of possible direct contact.
Most importantly, we encourage you all to continue to be loving and understanding during times of uncertainty. Leaning on faith and understanding should be everyone’s utmost priority, as fear and condemnation will only seek to destroy.
We love you all, and consider it a blessing to Know Jesus, and Make Jesus Known alongside each and every one of you.
